A lighter, tastier look at the settlers and colonizers who have defined the way we live and eat in India. Every cultural interaction, from the Portuguese and Mughals to the Chinese or English, has irreversibly changed the tapestry of our national and regional cuisines. Join Chef Ragini for a Sunday lunch to eat through the gastronomical diversity that settlers and colonizers brought. Famously good at integrating new flavours in to cuisine, Indian food very much includes the Anglo-Indian bowchi's adaptations, Portuguese influences and, a wholehearted adoption of Chinese and Mughal flavours. Each course is an expression of creativity highlighting a 'traditional' dish that was a result of foreign influences to India.
